Samsung Galaxy A24 vs Samsung Galaxy A23: What Has Changed with Time

Samsung launched the Samsung Galaxy A23 4G smartphone in March 2022 and it took over a year for the new Samsung Galaxy A24 4G to enter the market. And while Samsung Galaxy A23 was already a wonderful launch by the brand, the latest Samsung Galaxy A24 has brought some newer, more interesting features.

Although, some features are absolutely similar in both devices.

So let’s compare the features of the new Samsung Galaxy A23 launched previously with the new Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphone to determine what has changed with time:

• Starting with the structure, both Samsung Galaxy A23 and Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphones occur in a similar size and weigh the same as well. Although the design of the back panel is slightly different in both.
• Talking about the display, while both these smartphones have a 90Hz display and 1080p display resolution, they are slightly different in other aspects. Samsung Galaxy A23 comes with a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display and has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 support for durability. Against this, Samsung Galaxy A24 comes with a 6.5-inch Super AMOLED display along with a peak brightness of 1000nits.

• Talking about the performance of the devices, Samsung Galaxy A23 came with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 processor which is 6nm in size and is clocked at 2.4GHz. But they made a significant improvement in the new device and Samsung Galaxy A24 comes with a much better MediaTek Helio G99 gaming processor which is 6nm in size and clocked at 2.2GHz.
• The RAM and ROM support with the devices remains the same and both Samsung Galaxy A23 and Samsung Galaxy A24 arrive with a max of 8GB RAM support and 128GB internal storage.
• Even the rear camera support with the devices is absolutely the same, except for the fact that Samsung Galaxy A23 came with a useless 2MP depth sensor and they have eliminated it in the Samsung Galaxy A24 device. However, the front camera in the Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphone has been enhanced to 13MP against 8MP in the Samsung Galaxy A23 device.
• Both smartphones have the same 5000mAh battery with 25W fast charging support and both have a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well. Besides, they both support USB Type C 2.0 charging and Samsung Galaxy A24 stands better only in terms of its Bluetooth version, which is 5.3 in it. Samsung Galaxy A24 supports only up to Bluetooth 5.1.

These are some of the major similarities and differences between Samsung Galaxy A23 and Samsung Galaxy A24 smartphones and you can see that 4G smartphones are still doing well with the kind of features they contain.
