OnePlus Nord 2 5G: How Far Can it Go?

Amidst all the pomp, glory and competition, OnePlus launched its first-ever smartphone with a Mediatek chipset and this the new OnePlus Nord 2 5G smartphone that was awaited for quite some time now. There were rumors about OnePlus using the Mediatek chipset right when this year started, and the smartphone hit the world market just recently.

Talking about OnePlus Nord 2 5G, this looks like a good smartphone in the mid-range segment and here are some of the specifications of the smartphone that would define it better:

• OnePlus Nord 2 occurs in really good designs and colors weighing about 189g. It is 158.9 x 73.2 x 8.3 mm (6.26 x 2.88 x 0.33 in) in terms of its overall dimensions and is available in colors such as Gray Sierra, Blue Haze, Green Wood.
• The smartphone has a really good display as well. It has a 6.43-inch display with Fluid AMOLED support and 90Hz display refresh rate with a powerful HDR 10+ feature. The smartphone occurs with 1080p display resolution and has Corning Gorilla Glass 5 support both at the back and in front for extra durability.
• The smartphone is powered by a Mediatek Dimensity 1200 chipset which is the most powerful chipset from Mediatek. The chipset also contains Mali-G77 MC9 as the GPU which offers really good graphics performance and OxygenOS 11.3 support over Android 11.
• It occurs in 2 variants as far as the RAM and the ROM of the device are concerned. You can either get the lower variant with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage and you can also go for the 12GB RAM and 256GB internal storage variant which is the highest. So overall, the features of the OnePlus Nord 2 smartphone appear really good and at the cost it occurs, it is one of the most special devices. However, as I already mentioned, the competition is way too intense these days and even this device has to take care of the competitors with an aggressive pricing strategy.
