Do you believe that childhood was the best part of your life? And now that you have already crossed adulthood, you wish to become a small child again? Well, those were the days when any human being would have been absolutely carefree. The only thing to worry about was the exams and the only concern was good food and good clothes.

But even if you deny and suppress it, there is always a child living in every human being, and to be happier in this gloomy world, all you need to do is bring that child out. How do we do that? Here are some of the tricks that can help you in the process:

  • The best way to start anything is to have a companion. And to be a child, you need to have children as your companions. If you do not have children at home, visit a park or your neighborhood to find some children. Get introduced, take some gifts for them and play with them. Believe me, you would find your childhood right in front of you.
  • As a child, I was really excited about playing all day long. And now as an adult, all my day gets dissipated sitting in front of gadgets. This needs to be changed. If you need to be a child again, be less of a gadget-freak and spend more time in open — in the real world. You would feel much better and perhaps think like you did in your childhood.
  • Food is something that excites almost every human being, whether a child or an adult. However, after crossing a certain age, your doctor tells you to stay away from all that junk food that you loved as a kid. Well, following this rule strictly is surely good enough, but treating yourself with a little bit of these, once in a while is not that bad. To be a kid, eat as a kid.
  • Do you know why kids are always so enthusiastic and excited? It’s because they get a rich sleep without any tension for the next day. Well, you may have a lot of tensions in life now, but do thinking about these at night resolve them? One of the best ways to be a kid is to sleep like a kid, absolutely carefree and without any tension about the next. And importantly, while keeping your phone switched off and away from you.

Being a kid is not that difficult. However, it is possible only when you want to. Use these tips and you would have an all new perspective about life in adulthood.
