Here I am, back again with some more cool tips and tricks about Echo devices that can really help you get the best out of your Amazon Echo device. You already admit that these cool devices are a part of normal human lifestyle and have some pretty amazing features that impress the users.

However, in order to have more fun out of these devices, here are some of the tricks that you can use:

Multiple Rooms, One Playlist:

If you have a party going on in your home and there are multiple rooms with people scattered all over the place, you do not need to create different playlists for every room. In case you have different Echo devices, you can connect them all together via Bluetooth and all of these devices would play a single song or a playlist.

Thanks to the powerful Mediatek processor in these devices, the Bluetooth support in these devices is really good and strong and you do not need to huff and puff, running to every room to create music for them. In this case, one-size fits all.

Kid-Proof Shopping:

Shopping has become really convenient with the Echo devices and now you just need to use your voice commands to order products at home with the help of these smart Echo devices. However, have you ever noticed that your kids might be standing close behind you and would be looking for times when they too can order their favorite products when they find some alone time with Alexa.

Besides, even some strangers who might be viewing your activities could be viewing your actions and you can be involved in some fraudulent orders. Well, to prevent any of these undue orders on online stores, you just need to set up a secure PIN, and every time you place an order, Alexa would ask for this PIN before placing the order.

Use of IFTTT:

IFTTT stands for If This Then That and this is a kind of service that supermarkets now use to help the customers. To start with this, you need to go to ifttt.com/amazon_alexa and tap Connect. Enter your password on the Amazon page that appears and authorize the connection. You can now use the pre-rolled applets to link Alexa to a vast range of services and devices from a Roomba vacuum cleaner to Facebook Messenger and Google spreadsheets. This makes Alexa yet more convenient for the users.

Alexa, Find My Phone:

I, of all the people in the world, keep 2 phones with me. One of these is a feature phone with keys and the other is a smartphone. One of the advantages of having 2 phones is that you can easily call from one phone to locate the second misplaced phone.

However, not all people are so lucky. But you can be lucky enough if you have any Amazon Echo device at home. When your smartphone is connected to the Echo device at home, you would just need to tell Alexa to find your phone, in case it gets trapped between your clothes or hides between the pillows, far from your vision. Alexa would give a call on your phone from a private number.

However, this is only possible when the smartphone has a ring loud enough to be heard from at least some distance. If your smartphone is on silent mode, you would still have to continue searching it wherever you went.

These are some new tricks that can really make your mediatek-powered Echo device a handier option at home. Try them out and do tell your views on them.
