The Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate is armed with one of the most advanced MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ (4 nm) chipsets with Mali-G710 MC10 GPU, whereas, Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro is loaded with Qualcomm SM8475 Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 (4 nm) chipset with Adreno 730 GPU. Both the chipsets are competitive enough but as per reports available online, smartphones powered by MediaTek performed better. If mentioned specifically, CPU & Battery performed slightly better but we saw a humongous difference in the Gaming performance where MediaTek performed incredibly better. The AnTuTu score of Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1 was 1034111, whereas, the MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ was at an impressive score of 1152281. Therefore, in terms of processor, we found MediaTek to be on the higher side.
Both smartphones do not have any external card slots but Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate has an internal memory of 512GB with 16GB RAM, whereas, Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro has an internal memory of 512GB with 18GB RAM. Here, the latter device is a clear winner in terms of RAM with not too much difference.
Both smartphones are fitted with triple rear cameras bearing 50MP, 13MP & 5MP featuring some brilliant specifications like Digital Zoom, Auto Flash, Face detection, and Touch to focus. The front camera has a vivid 12MP resolution armed with a video recording quality of 1080p which can be employed to capture crystal clear images. But, as per reports by tech influencers, the camera quality of the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate loaded with MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ performed slightly better in comparison to Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro despite being equal in strength.

Overall, there were only a few differences in characteristics of the both smartphones. Still, the Asus ROG Phone 6D Ultimate performed slightly better than the Asus ROG Phone 6 Pro. The difference might have occurred due to the performance of the chipsets as MediaTek Dimensity 9000+ is well refined in comparison to Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Plus Gen 1. Also, the price of both phones can influence the consumer, otherwise, both smartphones are well-built to offer incredible performance.
